We were alerted to an outage of our UK-A core networking on Jun 13th at 07:58pm BST, which was resolved by our data centre provider at 08:05pm BST.
In line with established procedures, we are awaiting a root-cause analysis from our facilities provider.
However, in the interim, they have confirmed that network stability has been restored.
We can confirm that no power loss occurred to Computle infrastructure, so no data loss should have occurred.
