As of 17:50, we can confirm that full service connectivity has been restored. Initial findings: - At 14:58 GMT, we opened a critical support case with our 3rd party network provider to identify the issue. - During this period, services were intermittently available as we conducted manual network failover attempts. - Initial reporting indicates that the network stack was flooded with unexpected traffic. This then caused both the primary and secondary feeds to go offline. - We are conducting further investigations to identify if this was a Denial of Service attack, or if this was the result of broadcast storm. No further updates will be provided here.
